Mould Design: 1. Previous assessment analysis of sample Our engineers will analyze and evaluate samples or 3 D / 2 D drawings after we receive them from customers and provide customers with reasonable proposals to make production efficiency maximizing; 2. Mould’s structure design Engineers with more than 20 years’ experience design mould structure first and after designing, some experienced engineers analysis and evaluate it to get the final design project; For complex products, we will analysis mold flow; 3. Mould material analysis According to stress analysis in different parts of the mould components, choose appropriate material and cooperate proper heat treatment to make mould life and precision optimization; 4. Mould production processing arrangement Make detailed processing list followed and inspected by experienced operator to ensure that each processes is correct;
