2. Adopt standard components from famous brands in the industry to ensure the quality；
3. Inspect all components carefully after buying and processing, and than start follow-up processing if they are qualified;
4. Test the hardness of each part after heat treatment, and deal with or replace it that fail to be qualified .,and than
start follow-up processing if it is qualified;
5. Purchase the hot runner systems from famous brands in industry to ensure the quality and life;

1. Ask the employee have consciousness to provide 100% zero defect products to customers;
2. Organize staff regularly on special training and improvement about quality defects;
