4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long life.

The Hardness of core and cavity of water bucket mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment;
Wear plate in the mould reach HRC 60 by vacuum hardening after completion

5. Mould design

Water bucket moulds are employed cold runner system, six-edge slope guiding design and wear plate to assure wall thickness is on the error of 0.1mm

6. Processing 
The assembly work of water bucket mould is finished by the makers with rich experience over 10 years and the all components are processing by CNC lathes.

7. Mould Shots
Water bucket mould shots can reach at least 0.5 million with good steel, reasonable heat treatment and precise processing.
