4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.

The Hardness of cavity of crate mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; four sliders are treated for hardening to assure over HRC45;

5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile , which reduces material consumption and labor force .

6. Processing 
All components of Crate Mould are processing by CNC lathes and CNC center. The wall thickness is on the error of 0.05mm. The assembly work is finished by the makers with rich experience over 10 years.

Crate Mould shots can reach at least 50 million with good steel, reasonable heat treatment and precise processing.
