4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.
The Hardness of core and cavity of garbage bucket mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; the ejected plate with high strength and hardness will be over HRC 45 after heating treatment. Wear plate in the mould nitride to reach HRC 60.
5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile , which reduces material consumption and labor force .
