Project start-up
After receipt of order, we go to design mold scheme, use CAD software for 3D design , analyze the mould and evaluate the scheme ; Processing flow, assembly, testing mode, inspection, and service must be arranged formally and become related files.
Project execution
During the project execution, we make it strictly accordance with the technical requirements and quality requirements from customers to make each processing completed on schedule;
Project inspection
Implement inspection of components and procedures, review and analyze the project in early, middle and later stage.
Disposal and service
After making every link of project completed, we do detail handover on next link in order to find out responsibility Ownership when something go wrong, and then repair them timely and carefully;
We will be in first time to solve quality feedback from customers in the moulds’ pre-sale and after-sale.
