4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.

The Hardness of core and cavity of paint pail mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; the ejected plate with high strength and hardness steel (718) will be over HRC 45 after heating treatment. We will nitride cavity after mould completion.

5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile , which reduces material consumption and labor force .

According to customer’ requirement, paint pail mould can be employed hot runner system , like HUSKY.MASTER.YUDO.SYNVENTIVE and etc.

6. Processing 
All components of paint pail mould are processing by CNC lathes and CNC center. The wall thickness is on the error of 0.05mm. The assembly work is finished by the makers with rich experience over 10 years.
