The Max No. of cavity is 4 because wall thickness is thin, less than 0.75mm. For some small products, like thin wall cup, the No. of cavity of mould can be up to 8.
3. Steel
Thin wall mould needs high strength and hardness steel, so we use high level steel H13. If the customers need better steel, we can also provide;

4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.
The Hardness of core and cavity can reach HRC 50-52 after vacuum quenching; meanwhile, we use ejectors with high hardness and strength.
5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile , which reduces material consumption and labor;
