4. Heat Treatment and HRC

The Hardness of core and cavity of bath tub mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; in addition, some parts of guiding slope is adopted hardening and wear plate is adopted vacuum hardening to assure HRC 60.
5. Processing
All components are processing by CNC lathes and the assembly work of bath tub mould is finished by the makers with rich experience over 10 years.
